Jersey Mikes at this location has always done an outstanding job. Today they were extremely busy. I think a new guy was working today. They had a lot of online orders (like mine) and a lot of people in the store. Busy is an understatement. I walked out 34 minutes after my online order should have been done. Got my order and left but instead of a veggie I got two turkeys. The veggie was for someone who cannot eat meat. Not won’t, can’t, due to a kidney disorder. Young lady at counter was rude. I asked why did the 3 people that came in after me got their food. She said we'll we are busy. I have never seen them cook the food orders in the wrong order. No apologies or thank you have a good night.
Asked for a large order the day before pickup. Brandon and the rest of the crew took really great care to make it right and on time. Very much appreciated
Adrian was very helpful making my Sub the way I wanted it. It was great thanks!
