Most of the time, the younger staff working there are friendly and provide good service. However, last week there was an older male employee who was extremely aggressive and denied me service for no apparent reason. It was a very bizarre and unpleasant experience. Although my previous visits had been fine, this incident was enough that I won’t be returning.
I love Jerseys Mikes, everytime I’m there I’m always met with friendly and respectful employees. I’ve been missing out by not signing up for the rewards program but the guys working informed me of the benefits and helped me get signed up it was quick and painless.
The food was top notch and the service was even better the workers where super friendly and talkative and helped me throughout my order deciding definitely recommend snd your in for a good sub if chase or dylan is working
Based on the reviews, combined with the owner's sad comments, I should have avoided this place. Silly me. Never again.
