What an amazing experience! I went during lunch time and the store was packed. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a “Hello how are you today?” and the staff were all jovial and laughing, I could tell they love their job and the atmosphere. My order was handled without error and the whole experience was nothing like I’ve had before at a “sandwich place”. Great job to the staff, management and owners!! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
I have celiac and this place is usually really great, the taller gentlemen behind the counter was great, changed his gloves and used precaution and made others aware that it was a gluten allergy. The women that was at the toppings station was not so great, I asked her if I could have fresh ingredients that were not cross contaminated for mine and my nieces sandwich, we both have celiac and cannot have cross contamination and she would not accommodate and said they did not have any fresh ingredients that are not cross contami... read more
Good place to stand for twenty minutes in an empty line as I still stand here waiting for my order to be take. I just get stared at . Rude in professional and not clean.
