Shoutout to the crew on 12/19/2025 at around 8:40 in the evening. My first time visiting this location. Definitely won't be the last. This is the time of year brings on many challenging aspects with work and personal matters. Tonight, I was one of the many people who witnessed the epitome of what good customer service is all about. Stopped in on Dec. 17th for a quick sandwich and enjoyed very friendly service and great food. Yummy sandwiches!
Workers were very nice and welcoming. Paul who made the sandwhich was very nice on the phone and made one of the best Philly cheese steaks I ever had. Paul was very attentive with making sure I was happy with the sandwhich I got and thats very rare in fast food. Im an executive chef and I would definitely bring him on my team if he wants to leave mikes. Great job guys keep up the good work. One hell of a sandwhich and great customer service. Happy holidays
The gentlemen who took our order was very friendly and welcomed me on my first time trying Jersey Mike's. The food was very good and the whole staff was also very friendly!
