Went there to get sandwiches and my wife’s sandwich had a nice big hair in it. Complained to the manager and they did nothing. Waiting a few months before going back, went back again and the bread on the sandwich was burnt so bad it was actually black. Yet they still served it. Horrible location, I hope it gets shut down and subway comes back
Worst Jersey Mikes location I’ve been to. There was 1 person in line ahead of my and I waited over 45 minutes for a sandwich only to be told the credit card machine was down and I couldn’t pay. I left after an hour without a sandwich. Who is running this place? I want to add I went back yesterday and service is even worse. Local to Lake Arrowhead. I ordered a GF sandwich 1 week ago , brought it to the lake, went to eat it and it was so stale that it was not-edible. I brought the whole sandwich back to the shop a few hours later , asked for a refund. Little did I know I was only refunded 2$. My coworkers and I ordered three sandwiches. The bill came to 46 bucks. I tried to hand them a 50 and they would not accept it. Four dollars change I don’t get it. It’s not like we are in South Central LA. We are in an affluent part of Lake Arrowhead.
