Great sandwich, great service!
I have been to other locations and they are great but this location was disappointing. They told me after i ordered the mikes hot Italian sub that it comes how it comes and i could not modify my sandwich. Then pointed to a typed out sign. I just l wanted it mikes way. They should tell people when they order that sub befor they make it that you cant have salt, pepper or oils, i would have got a different sub! Other locations have modified my mike hot Italian sub before and a Google search say i can modify any sub even mikes h... read more
Today was the last time I eat JM's. I've noticed the decline over the course of the last couple of years. They will be at par with Subway eventually. This location is just another franchise adding to their problem. Even large tipping here doesn't encourage the employees to make an order correct or at least pretend they want to be there. There is a disconnect between the owners, management, and employees.
My first time at Jersey Mike’s and ordered the original Italian- the most scrumptious sandwich ever! Thank you!
