We order delivery directly from them regularly. The consistent inaccuracy of making an order drops their rating significantly. In the last 8 orders, at least one sandwich was incorrect in each order.
They need to realize that not everyone likes Mike's way, and clean the work area, knife and gloves after making one. I hate the taste of that stuff and mine had it on from the workers gloves!
Food was ok. The sandwich maker was rude. Our first time here and had attitude because I changed my bread preference before he even grabbed the bread. He couldn't here the size of sub my wife wanted so he slammed down his knife and asked what size sub. He mumbled as my wife was telling him for the 3rd time the size. The Sprite tasted like carbonated water. We threw that away. Just an over all bad experience.
What can I say, it's Jersey Mike's. One of the few food chains that serves same quality and customer service across their stores.
No clue who they hired but they shouldn’t be leaving them unattended. We placed a mobile order which should be easy since everything is listed on the ticket the way the sandwiches are wanted. Ordered a club sub and the Italian. They put what was supposed to be on the club sub on the Italian. Technically didn’t get a club sub because both sandwiches had pepperoni (club sub doesn’t have that…) and there was zero turkey to be found.
