I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s multiple times, hoping for a better experience, but each visit leaves me disappointed. The employees and manager consistently come across as rude, showing little regard for customer service. Whether I’m ordering in-store or through the mobile app, the staff’s attitude makes the experience unpleasant. If you're in a hurry, don't bother. Ordered on the app and literally was waiting an hour while they ignored us and took care of walk ins. Asked for a refund and was just ignored multiple times. Absolutely worst service in Corpus. Refusing a refund after waiting so long should be illegal.
Don't bother using app. Will be last to be prioritized and have countless orders made in front of you.
Great hoagie. Service was alittle slow but overall good!
