What can I say, it's Jersey Mike's. One of the few food chains that serves same quality and customer service across their stores.
No clue who they hired but they shouldn’t be leaving them unattended. We placed a mobile order which should be easy since everything is listed on the ticket the way the sandwiches are wanted. Ordered a club sub and the Italian. They put what was supposed to be on the club sub on the Italian. Technically didn’t get a club sub because both sandwiches had pepperoni (club sub doesn’t have that…) and there was zero turkey to be found. Worst sandwich iv ever eaten
Ordered 5 sandwiches and 2 brownies, over $100.. they screwed up half the sandwich orders and forgot a brownie. Not the first time. I dont think they bother reading the order tickets.
