Pre ordered. Got there still had to wait an hour for the food. They messed up one. Had to re make it and the rest was ice cold. Avoid this location like the plague. It sucks too because we love jersey mikes. But I can 110% promise you my family will never ever under any circumstances be back to this location. Ever. Also submitted a formal complaint to corporate.
Do not order a hot sandwich here. We waited 25 minutes and then asked for out money back because it still was not on the grill.
