Depends on what mgr at the time.. employees are always awesome. I work next door. The 2 young brothers/cousin? white guys visit my work and they are master sandwich makers. Big Kahuna or Classic Italian excellent, they are awesome.
The staff are too busy talking with each other instead of taking care of the customer. I wanted two sandwiches. Server made the first, then went and started on another customer. He should have asked if there was anything else I wanted. Poor training and supervision of this group of employees.
Kaylee provided excellent and great service. Her coworkers were just as polite. Quick and easy.
This place has the worst customer service I think I’ve ever had, workers were very distasteful with their words and facial expressions. I honestly never write bad reviews but this deserved one
