Ordered from Uber Eats. Went to pick it up and it's been almost an hour since I got here. Very upsetting since this is my lunch break. I ordered before I left work which is 15 min away. Then a different gentleman comes to the counter and my food is just sitting there after I asked the young girl repeatedly if it was ready. VERY disappointed.
Was completely ignored today at 2pm. Two employees were working on some sort of catering and ignored me standing there trying to order. Then someone came in with a pick up order which was not ready so I left. Sucks because I love Jersey Mikes but I guess this location needs works.
Incredible experience! Super customer service and overall experience. I always love a #7 and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Q was very quick and gave friendly service. The food tasted great!
