Sandwiches and salads are always good. Staff is great.
A lot of people like the cold cut sandwiches. You get them very fast. I prefer the Phillies. A hot cheese steak with melty cheese is always a win.
The online app has real problems. I typically order and pay online and am then given a time when the order will be ready. I have found that it is almost NEVER an accurate time estimate. Today I arrived a couple minutes after that stated time and I had to still wait another 20+ minutes before mine was ready. There were multiple walk up customers that ordered and got their food after I arrived and before I got mine. If that is their way of doing business, I am through with Jersey Mike’s.
