One of our favorite places and unfortunately we will probably never be back. Both sandwiches were very simple and were made incorrectly. It seems they cannot follow the most simple instructions, to add one single ingredient to a sandwich. Not to mention, the horrendous health score they recently received (which we looked up after walking in and realizing how disgusting it looked in there). So sad, but we’ll have to find another go-to for takeout.

Second time here and Kihlia (I hope i spelled that right) was such a huge help! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Dont really eat Jersey Mikes but wanted to try the chicken salad sandwich and will be back hope she’s there to help me with my next choice!
Que and Matt at the Vestavia location was awesome it was t first time eating from there they helped me decide on the best sandwich and they were extremely nice and cool
