I have been going to jersey Mike's SUBS.for atleast 15 years. They once had the best subs and customer service. I have been a loyal customer when I go down to Florida and all through Georgia. Now it is like getting a sub from a dumpster. Last three times in ga. , duluth, johns creek and lawrenceville ga. How can they possibly run this place with one employee at any given moment?
Well another one of our favorite restaurants has gone down hill. I've had to change my glowing 5 star review that touted a great friendly staff with awesome response time to now a 1 star. Super disappointing since this was our neighborhood go-to store since it opened. It was always so perfect esp during the summertime.
