I honestly do not know how this place is still in business. Severely understaffed, which is not fault of the employees, but they;re left dealing with the fallout from people waiting over an hour for their mobile order to be ready, while the line is halfway through the restaurant for the in person ordering. Usually 1-2 people on staff for lunch rush and a crowd of angry customers, DoorDash/Uber eats drivers. This place needs some serious corporate help. This store obviously needs some dam help the slowest store I ever been too they need to turn on the DoorDash system or hire some more staff it’s pathetic how long it takes for a uncooked sandwich nobody should never have to wait 20 minutes for a plain turkey provolone fire everybody
Orders are always late
Consistently the worst service of any Jersey mikes around. Nobody in the store and when I walk in to get my food 10 minutes after it should be done, the employees haven’t even started on it and they were just in the back talking. There was about 10 app orders hanging out of the printer that they had to go through to find mine. The woman couldn’t have cared less and acted like she was upset that she even had to make the sandwiches. Every time I try to get some food from here it’s like this.
