I recently visited this location. I quickly noticed how clean it was and how nice and friendly Kendra and Ali were. I ordered the steak philly and baby when I tell you Ali did her thing with that sub!! It was sooo good I had to call the store and tell her how freaking delicious it was! I'm from Philly and it took me right back home with the taste. I've ordered from a few Jersey Mikes in the past before but this location is a perfect 10 across the board!!!! Thank you ladies!!!
The people make this place great. Friendly and fast! We have never been disappointed with our meal or with the service here.
The worst place in Cumming. Very slow staff. You can starve to death while they make a sandwich.
Daughter and i got food poisoning from the hot chicken sandwichs. Was sick for 3 days. People that were there working were very polite and nice.
Im writing this on an empty stomach. This is the only time I have ever had a bad experience at any Jersey Mike's! I ordered the big kuhana chicken like I always do. And after 15 or more people had been served and countless door dash order filled and out the door and I still don't have my sandwich. So I go back to the counter and find out the 2 at the counter are the only ones there and they hadn't even started my sandwich. So I demanded a refund and had to go back to work hungry!
