Edit 2: just kidding, it's just as bad. This is clearly a leadership issue. Get an owner who cares about more than $$$$$. Edit: added a star because they're getting better at getting sandwiches ready on time. I really like the subs, but staffing is a problem recently. I find myself frequently waiting 15+ mins after the estimated time on the app. In fact, it's 10 mins after the time the app said and I'm watching my sandwiches sit on the counter, half made, while the ONE PERSON working is waiting on the people who just walked ... read more
