01/12/26 placed order on the app at 6:54 for a pick up at 7:07, I arrived at 7:05 and im still here waiting at 7:40 young girl trying to run the place is not ready. My order gets pushed back everytime someone walks in the door so what's the point of using the app? 4th bad experience at jersey mikes recently, all different locations smh columbus jerseys do better.
Dirty , nasty stop ordering online they are making the Uber Eats food on a dirty counter . They forgot to tell us they ran out of lettuce , didn’t cut the sandwich in half and poured vinegar all over it . I asked for a sub and a wrap got two subs without lettuce and vinegar . The meat is paper thin and nonexistent .This place is trash .My order was made online via the stores web site not Uber or DoorDash .
