The last time I was in, the computer crashed and had to be rebooted. I was charged twice for one sandwich. Dameon got it all squared away. Excellent customer service. Delicious Philly steak and cheese!
Clean, accessible and the sandwiches are great, most of the time. The only complaint I would have is the fact that the turn-over in staff seems high, which means you have to be careful when you have specific instructions for your sandwiches.
We've been in the store 3 times in the last 7 days as we've been travelling for baseball games. The subs are great. The added bonus is the very cheerful sandwich maker, Sam. It has become a must stop place on our way to Nogales or Tucson from Douglas. Definitely recommend it. Thanks Sam.
