Gallatin Jersey Mike's is like the Cheers of sandwiches, they remember you and always strive to do their best for everyone. :) PS: Food is also great, but I go to the Gallatin one cause the people are way nicer. ;)
Love there subs ! Mikes way is the best
We were at the Gallatin location on 6/13 for dinner, and the staff was so friendly and kind. You can tell they care more than most. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady that waited on you first, but she was so patient and friendly. She had such a great personality. Everyone was great though. It was getting very busy and an older gentleman was a bit rude in front of us, but they handled themselves well. It’s not often that service industry workers can be that kind and patient.
