I heard they sold the JM company and I believe I see a major change in my visit. Smaller sandwiches and higher prices. Service acts bored
This was an online-pickup order. The sandwich was missing all condiments and very dry.
Had a problem with a coupon ( so did the customer in front of me with a different coupon - so she left without purchasing). Not much the store could do about it, but when escalated to customer service, someone from the "Advanced Support" team named Antonio A was very unhelpful - honestly just making me more angry as we exchanged emails and he provided stock replies that indicated he didn't even bother to understand the situation.
