Heather the Manager , is very rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone eat here or work here at all . I’ve had many bad experiences at this Jersey mikes so I prefer going to different locations . I don’t know how someone like that can be promoted to manager.
We absolutely love coming to Jersey Mike’s, especially on beach days—it’s become a tradition for us! The staff at the Palm Coast location is always kind, welcoming, and creates such a positive vibe. Today was extra special as it’s my birthday, and I had been looking forward to my birthday sandwich all year! ( please never discontinue this perk, we love it!) Everyone is so nice. Even when they are very busy they are efficient and kind.
Ordered four 6 inch subs on door dash. Paid $72 for mostly bread. Very little meat. Very disappointed.
