Consistently getting worse over the last few months. I ALWAYS place online orders and get the exact same item. As of late, I’ve noticed quality has dropped tremendously while the price has stayed the same. This used to be my favorite jersey mikes but Management obviously is not paying attention to processes. I have gotten 4 terrible sandwiches in a row at this location. Today was the last. I can get a mediocre sandwich at subway for half the cost.
I am from New Jersey. My wife's sub was very good. My Philly Cheesesteak was good....BUT NO KETCHUP!!! This Jersey Mike's doesn't carry ketchup. All the others in the area have ketchup to go with their cheesesteaks. If you grew up with great cheesesteaks, BYOK (Bring Your Own Ketchup) when you choose to eat here. Phil C.
Great food
Ordered subs to go last week came home with somebody else’s called and spoke with destiny. She was very sweet. Took my name and told me to come back and they would take care of it and they did. I just got off the phone with Sam and no worries I’m going to pick up my replacement sub. Jersey Mike’s food is always great, customer service in Monroe is the best. Thank you, Sam and Destiny❤️
