Everytime I order online they mess up my order. It’s so disappointing and a waste of money.
Jersey Mike’s in Maple Valley used to be one of my favorite spots — by far the best in the area at one point. Sadly, it’s really gone downhill, and after giving it multiple chances, Saturday was the last straw. I walked in and saw one employee scraping the grill. I think I heard someone else in the back, but no one acknowledged me. I stood at the counter, right behind the guy cleaning the grill, for at least 10–15 minutes. Have noticed a general lack of attention to cleanliness, not specifically with sandwich prep but around rest of store. Hot sandwiches take too long when you are ordering in store and there are takeout orders queued before you. Need more staff and better training.
