[June 2025 update] They have the most unprofessional staff of any JM that I've ever been to. They were insulting the neighboring business, complaining about doing their jobs, and when I was asked for feedback, the guy just complained that he can't do anything right. I recently ordered online, and overall, it was a great experience. The food is delicious, and the staff are always really nice and helpful. The only thing I've noticed is that sometimes there can be a bit of a wait for your order. I’ve seen a few people complain about that, but honestly, its clear that they get an enormous amount of online orders, way more than you’d think for a small sandwich shop. So It makes sense. All in all, the food is great and the people there make it even better.
Don’t ever order online… My package wasn’t properly sealed and the 3 pack choc chip cookies I ordered, were missing… Ugh, my kids was so excited for milk and cookies after dinner… Shame on you Jersey’s, I also forgot to add an extra star…
