First time here (Mar. 16, 1:00pm) and I was impressed with the woman who was running the shift. There were several people in line with some ordering 3 sandwiches each and then there were the numerous orders from delivery services and online orders. She operated with a sense of urgency (which seems rare these days) and was effectively driving the team to make it as efficient as possible. Went in for a sub store was empty Ordered sub and staff started cutting a slab of provolone. Just be clear they started this after I ordered my sub 5 min later no sub and they are still cutting cheese I left and am on my way to Covington Jersey Mike successful have a sub and would suggest that if you want customer service go to Covington same sub just better experience
This is the SLOWEST location it’s mind blowing. I placed a mobile order. I showed up 10 minutes after placing my order and expected to still have to wait an additional 10 minutes per the pick up time provided by the app. However, I was NOT expecting to wait an additional 30 minutes for a sandwich!
Update 2/28/2026: Gave them another chance....and the same thing happened! Told they are behind because of internet orders and would not take my order. I am standing in the lobby watching her make sandwiches for the internet. When online orders are fulfilled before orders from customers in the lobby, I will not return.
