This is the SLOWEST location it’s mind blowing. I placed a mobile order. I showed up 10 minutes after placing my order and expected to still have to wait an additional 10 minutes per the pick up time provided by the app. However, I was NOT expecting to wait an additional 30 minutes for a sandwich!
Update 2/28/2026: Gave them another chance....and the same thing happened! Told they are behind because of internet orders and would not take my order. I am standing in the lobby watching her make sandwiches for the internet. When online orders are fulfilled before orders from customers in the lobby, I will not return.
There seem to be mixed feelings on this location so I will share my experience. Twice now I have placed an order at this Jersey Mike’s and the sandwich is either slightly *or* massively incorrect. Today, I tried the new Hot Italian sandwich. It showed up with meat, cheese, and toasted bread.
