The young girl with blond hair was very rude with a nasty attitude. She appeared to be over the others. The other workers appeared nervous around her. We had never eaten there before. Every time I asked a question, she snapped with a reply to the point that my mom and I walked out. When I simply asked her to toast my bread. "She snapped, "we don't have a toaster !" At that point, we'd had enough of her and replied we do not like angry people fixing our food. We went to the zumbel location and received excellent service 👏
Food is great service was a little slow but worth the wait maybe they could have a few more workers
I learned that the use to same shredder for all the meat and cheese as I usually do a pickup order. I do not eat beef or pork and there was cross contamination as I never saw them clean the blade once during the lunch hour rush and I in fact found a piece of pork in my own turkey sandwich which I stopped eating immediately. The crew was super nice and handling the rush very well it was just the cross contamination of the deli slicer.
