I was very impressed with this establishment, I went in for a sub expecting to take at least 10 minutes, instead I was greeted with kindness, and was in and out in less then 4 minutes….. quicker than Mcdonald’s!!
I had a really disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s. My order was made incorrectly, and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, the employee refused and had a very nasty attitude about it. There was no effort to resolve the issue or provide decent customer service. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they’re handled that matters—and this location completely failed.
