I had a really disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s. My order was made incorrectly, and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, the employee refused and had a very nasty attitude about it. There was no effort to resolve the issue or provide decent customer service. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they’re handled that matters—and this location completely failed. Worst service of all time.
I have never had a bad experience at this location. I often do pick up order since it’s across the street from my job, but sometimes I go in no matter which everyone’s super friendly. And the sandwich sandwiches are delicious.
