I did catering at this location. I had a terrible experience with jimmy John’s and made a last minute change to Jersey Mikes. I came in to pick up my order as they opened- 30 min earlier than JJs. All the orders were ready and labeled, which meant they likely came in early to get it done. Very thankful for their help.
Why anyone ever goes to any other sub place is beyond me. Jersey Mike’s just tastes better! Fresh ingredients, good employees, and a happy belly. The atmosphere inside is bright and cheery. A little cramped but a decent amount of seating. If busy, you might not get a seat though.
They will look you in the eye knowing they messed up your pick up order and not say anything
