On 3-11-26, my husband and I came in for subs. I noticed slices of meat on the chubs in the meat case, which was unappetizing. When I asked for the manager, the staff couldn’t answer me - it was like they didn’t understand my question. The last straw was when I was misgendered. I was extremely offended and ended up walking out. We have been going to this location for years, and we’ve never had an experience like this. If I had to guess ownership changed here. Came in the evening to order a sandwich and it was the most awkward experience ever. It was awkward silence until employees were ready to take my order. There was no greeting or acknowledgment. The sandwich was subpar. I don’t remember this location being this off but I am sure this place has changed hands because it’s not the same service or quality. Will not be returning.
The customer service was class; it was like an orchestra of kindness was making your sandwich. They greeted our party upon walking in, and gave all of us compliments. Extremely clean as well as more beautiful decor than average compared to other Jersey Mike's in the area. This in conjunction with the amazing quality of the Jersey Mike's brand makes this location a go to in terms of sub cravings.
I have been all over Houston to different Jersey Mike's for this particular belair location of the freshest the hottest in the fastest
I ordered online so I could get the BOGO special. I ordered 2 giant Hot Italian subs and both sandwiches came with zero lettuce seasonings or anything that remotely tasted like their classic subs at this location. Today is 1/28/26 5:10 pm. For the cost of theses sandwiches in this economy is way too much to pay for you to play with my food. I am pissed.
