I walked in and the store was a mess. I still waited in line to place an order for 10 minutes and when it was my turn to order, the gentleman said he needed to clean the slicer. After waiting about 5 minutes he was still cleaning it and I just walked out. The customer service is horrible. There was nobody in line behind me so I didn’t understand why he couldn’t clean it when he finished taking my order. I will not be returning to this location
I’ve been to this location several times and it’s always been a pleasurable experience. Crew greets you when you walk in and my sandwiches have always tasted great. Manager at this location is very nice. If I’m ever in the mood for some Mike’s this is my spot.
Horrible experience today! The green/blue hair girl has the most nastiest attitude! Shes so irritable! I know the health department needs to go here. The staff is EXTREMELY unhappy! The grill is dirty, no choices of bread, the line is dirty, the restaurant stinks. It took her 5 minutes to come see if any customers were there. 2 guys saw me and went to the back! No hello. No customer service! Just shut down or get new owners.
It was my first visit. The lady with the green hair was obnoxiously irritated. I ordered two sandwiches. They were both disgusting. The buffalo wasn’t even buffalo. It was just chicken and mayonnaise. Never come in there again.
