After placing an order and getting order, the order was incorrect. We called immediately. We put no lettuce or onion. Even on the app it shows meat and cheese. When we got the sub it had onion and lettuce. Well the manager will not make it right and said that we didnt put it in like that. I have the proof we did and they still wont make it right. Will not be back.
The women employees at this location are very friendly and helpful. However, many of the male staff seem to struggle with preparing food, showing minimal attention to detail and respect. This is the second time this week that my sub was prepared incorrectly. On both visits, I also noticed an older customers ahead of me receiving poor treatment at checkout. I’ll be skipping this location until there is a change in team members.
I didn't like how the guy who was making my sub didn't ask how I wanted my sub cut, and than the nerve that we're forced to give a tip on wat I didn't like, he didn't even spread the mayo evenly, it's like he didn't want to work, I thought subway was terrible, the sandwich was good but the guy making it nope, not paying attention
Stopped in today for the first time! Employees were super helpful, and I decided on one of the clubs, the sandwich looks amazing! I usually go to subway, but this looks to be better.
