Was standing at the pick up counter to get my food (with a baby on my hip) and I was patiently waiting because someone was in front of me picking up his order. Then in comes a white woman (I’d been standing there for about 3 mins atp) and the worker that was helping the man in front of me stops and asks her if she needed help. The bread to meat ration/proportions is a little embarrassing. This is a club, so ham AND turkey, and cheese. . . This is a sad sad sandwich.
I was there at 6:40 pm prime dinner time and we have our favorite sandwich. I was ordering to go, but there were about 5-6 orders on the table in front of mine. It appeared they were online orders. I was ignored for nearly 10 minutes while waiting for those orders to be filled yet only one person had arrived to get their order.
