First off, this was our first ever time to eat at a Jersey Mike's, and so, these are the 1st impressions: The store looked clean, the staff were very friendly. We placed an online order, and it was ready at their pick-up shelf location when I arrived. Our order was incorrect, however, and this is one of the reasons they didn't receive 5 stars. Cheese was not melted on two phillys should have known when she took our order then had beg dave the cook to come cook them he cooked the meat then put it in the bread the flopped the cheese on them
