I guess I call this a bread sandwich. This is why you don’t get food to-go or Uber Eats or Door Dash, etc.
7:30pm 1/4/26 Came in to pick up an order, found out they gave it to someone else who took the food and cancelled so that they can get free food. Talked to one employee who was accommodating, wanted to make it right. She was willing to remake the small order after I talked to the customer. Out walks an angry "shift leader" who then told that employee she needs to refuse remaking it. This person refused to even explain to me why she decided the customer should not be given their food.
