I go to this store often and enjoy the food. But the attitude at times permeate the atmosphere. First I like yellow mustard. Is it not a condiment on sandwiches anymore? Because when I ask for it, they always treat me like they are the soup n*z*. And I sort of understand why. Their store keeps it across from where they build the sandwiches in a refrigerated drawer. The food is good but the staff routinely mess up my orders and they are never ready on time. I have arrived many times and they haven’t even started. It’s a little pricey for a sandwich
Ordering online is pointless. We ordered and pick up on the app said 6:03. Knowing this location is always busy, we got there about 6:10. Not ready. Gave them my name. They said "They'll be ready... eventually." Working front end food industry, I try to be very kind and patient. Sat down and waited. Someones name was shouted for the order.
