Horrific. Went in today to try for the first time, I ordered a #9 but I wanted to sub out turkey for salami and sub out Swiss for provolone. Then got rude comments about how weird it was and I shouldn’t be allowed to change things because “customers are supposed to pick off the menu and that’s it”. The amount of attitude from all three that was working the line was horrible, I’ve never felt more uncomfortable ordering a sandwich. My go to is either the #13 or the #43. Great subs and friendly people! The manager Christian is such a stud and drives a really cool truck!
One of the best Jersey Mike’s locations I’ve ever been to. Awesome, friendly, helpful staff that always serve up an absolutely amazing sub - give my best to Christian and Ksenya! Ingredients always look fresh and store is always clean. 5/5!
Quite honestly had to leave a review just to highlight the customer service I had at this Jersey Mike’s location. Special shout out to Christian. He was super friendly. Had a good conversation And made sure the Restaurant was clean. I would definitely go to this jersey Mike’s again simply based off of the experience I had with the workers and the cleanliness.
