Used to be my favorite lunch spot. 2-3 times a week. The price increase was one thing as most places have increased their prices, but getting less meat was the dealbreaker for me. Dialed it down to 1 time a a week and now I don’t go at all. It’s hard to justify spending over $10 on a sub that doesn’t fill you up anymore.

I was so hungry during my lunch break and my order was very nasty. Bread was hard very hard and no I didn't get it toasted. I called and told them and they said I couldn't get my refund or anything. Unless I came back with the order. When I couldn't go back was on my way back to work and dont get off until 11pm. I was so disappointed.

Very disappointed with Jersey Mike's @Germantown. Usually, they're golden, but on April 7, they really sucked. We ordered two large subs, a ham and cheese and a club supreme. That's over $40.00 for just (2) subs. Both subs had very little meat. Instead, we had lettuce galore. The supreme didn’t even have a single slice of bacon. Wanted a familiar sandwich foe lunch while on travel. Jersey Mike's is always reliable for that. It was a little loud (music bouncing off the walls) making hard to hear - had to repeat my order and repeat toppings three times.

The staff was great and our subs were delicious, but when did JM get black rocked? Slices of cheese shouldn't be thinner than the 28lb paper I use in my printer. I am not blaming the employees. I want to make that clear. I'm sure this is so the company saves a nickel so the shareholders can save a dime.
