Rude, obnoxious, counter person. Raised his voice at me. Place is barely clean. Food average. I sent a complaint to corparite and they sent it to the franchise owner of this location and he never got back to me after I waited 5 days. I go to the Kentlands location for years, since they opened, and they are clean and treat me with respect. This was the first time and last time I go to the Germantown location. It sucks!
I came in and got a chicken sub mini on wheat when I realized my change was wrong and he had charged me extra I told the manager on duty that day ( short guy with black hair ) said he was manager. He also was the one who rung me up . He said oh I thought u got a tuna. And proceeded withy refunded he then said you have to give me change back so I can charge you properly and I said why can't you deduct from what I gave you since you over charged me then you will just owe me change he said no just give me back money ( previous ... read more
I ordered through Uber Eats from this location. I asked for red wine vinegar and oil. My sandwich was almost inedible because it was completely drenched in vinegar. The bread was completely soggy and the whole thing tasted like nothing but vinegar which was so much it was dripping down my arm when I went to take a bite. Disgusting and a waste of my little bit of money. Do better.
First of all.. This one women was super rude to me.. i felt offended and Dissatisfied with my first impression of her. I never going back.. The food was great though
I've visited the Germantown location several times, and unfortunately my last three experiences have been disappointing. Each visit was for a simple takeout order, but the customer service was consistently poor. On one occasion, an employee helped a customer who arrived after me, completely overlooked me, and then walked away. I eventually had to flag someone down to get my order, and they seemed annoyed that I was asking for assistance.
