Rude, obnoxious, counter person. Raised his voice at me. Place is barely clean. Food average. I sent a complaint to corpirate and they sent it to tbe franchise owner of this location and he never got back to me after I waited 5 days. I go to the Kentlands location for years, since they opened, and they are clean and treat me with respect. This was the first time and last time I go to the Germantown location. It sucks!
Hair in my sub they offered to make a new one but definitely didn’t want that…. No refund.
So I think this is 1st time ive been disappointed in a Jersey Mike's since I worked @ one 15+ years ago when they were getting big. But whoever made aint doing something right. I was there waiting for my sandwich, picked it up as soon as it was done, ate in truck & BREAD WAS SOGGY! Ordered #9 Mike's way w/ mayo & pickles.
Lack of overall service in the establishment, nothing in particular just overall mediocre in every aspect. Food is solid though.
