First of all.. This one women was super rude to me.. i felt offended and Dissatisfied with my first impression of her. I never going back.. The food was great though
I've visited the Germantown location several times, and unfortunately my last three experiences have been disappointing. Each visit was for a simple takeout order, but the customer service was consistently poor. On one occasion, an employee helped a customer who arrived after me, completely overlooked me, and then walked away. I eventually had to flag someone down to get my order, and they seemed annoyed that I was asking for assistance. Covid ended many years ago but they still don’t have iced tea dispensers at this location, different from all the other JM in the area. I’d give them 5 stars if they put their exquisite tea back out for our enjoyment!
If I can give 0 star I would. Made my order wrong. Idk if it’s because it’s from Uber Eats and they think it’s okay to mess it up and do whatever but called them and they said to come pick it up if I want the sandwich I want. ALSO NEVER APOLOGIZED and Isabella the manager, said they can’t do anything about us driving to get our CORRECT SANDWICH because it was through Uber Eats. Like Uber Eats didn’t do anything wrong. Yesterday was a horrible experience. I got a 13 mikes way, and my mom got a wrap. The workers were rude and took forever. The young man putting the veggies on made our stuff and just sat it on the counter, no paper, no napkin, just right on the bare counter! The whole deal took roughly 20 mins for a simple easy order. It was $24 for a wrap and a regual sub, that was not good at all! 10/10 will not return or recommend to this location!
