Had the worst experience at this jersey mikes the other day. I was rung up by a lady who was super rude to me for asking if the mini sub was the same as the kids sub . I wasn’t aware there was a difference until I got to the checkout but I clearly had my toddler with me and was ordering for him. I feel like that should’ve been offered to me when I first ordered because I clearly had very little experience ordering from Jersey mikes. Best subs ever to me . The veggie sub is great
This is the worst restaurant in the franchise I’ve witnessed. Why did I decide to go after I vowed, I never step foot in there again. Sweeping the floors as preparing food is disgusting & I had to say something. Why is always filthy in there & the staff’s uniform look the same. Although, I live closer to Germantown, I go to FALLSGROVE. I would suggest your staff be trained by the fallsgrove staff to get a better understanding of cleanliness in all areas to get your restaurant up to par.
