I would like to share a disappointing experience we recently had. My cousin, who is currently pregnant, was craving a sandwich and kindly asked if it could be placed on the grill. The response she received was cold, with no attempt whatsoever to accommodate or show willingness to help the customer. It was unfortunate to see such a lack of care in customer service.
