We placed a large group order for our office for pickup and when we returned to the office a sandwich was missing. We called to resolve assuming we would have to go back to pick it up and in complete shock they took down our address to personally deliver the missing sandwich. Way to go Jersey Mikes Kentlands! So refreshing to see amazing customer service! Thanks Matthew!!!!!
i’ve never had such poor service and a fast food joint. it took over 30 minutes for me to get my sub, and 20 minutes in they handed it to me but had made it completely wrong, so they had to start over, which was another 15 minutes. there are like 6 people behind that counter, it shouldn’t be taking this long. i work in food service, but this is straight incompetence. never had poorer service
