Horrible customer service I came in around 4:35pm on 07/16 there were 5 employees inside and zero customers I walk up to the counter to the lady and the man they both completely ignored me didn’t even look up once didn’t say a single word to me as I was waiting to order so I just ended up walking away . Horrible experience
I placed an online order on 06/23/26 at 9:59 AM with a scheduled pickup time of 12:30 PM. I arrived on time, but didn’t receive my sandwich until 12:52 PM. What was most frustrating was watching multiple customers who walked in after I arrived receive their food before my prepaid online order was completed. It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if online orders are not prioritized or completed by the scheduled pickup time.
