Their staff left me without dinner tonight. We ordered a philly cheese sand which with mushrooms; meat; and cheese. We came home to find a sandwich with meat; mayo and mustard. Not to mention about half a bottle of mayo and mustard. The sand which was absolutely drenched in condiments I didn’t ask for. No mushrooms to be found. I submitted this complaint to corporate on 11-26-2025 and has NOT been addressed yet. I really feel as if they’re trying to sweep it under the rug, and hope that it’ll just be forgotten. However, because this could potentially have a lot of people sick, I wanted them to address and correct this ASAP. And if not, I have no choice but to report this to the Texas Health Department.
