This was my very first time trying this restaurant, so I was a little confused when my sandwich didn’t turn out the way I expected. I went back to the restaurant to bring it to their attention, and I was greeted by a team member named Jermaine. Jermaine was incredibly helpful, patient, understanding, and kind. I stopped in today and had the pleasure of being served by Landon. He has great customer service. He is very personable and engaging. He definitely made my experience beyond great. Thank you Landon!

Not the service I normally expect at a Jersey Mike’s. No acknowledgement when arriving, waiting in line with 4-5 other customers while they prioritize an online order. No sense of urgency from any of the staff, all seemed the be moving in slow motion. The guy in front of us walked out.

Its just a more expensive subway. Walked in, was not greeted had to interrupt two employees talking to each other to order. The Cheesesteak I ordered had stale old bread. Asked en employee about it, he said they always use day old bread for hot subs. I will not be coming back.
