What happened? This location used to have great staff. Recently, our orders get messed up, the lady at the register hates her job & hates people, she can't take simple orders. The other staff members can't fix her mistakes when she takes the wrong order and ends up charging you extra? I'm so disappointed. For the price of Jersey Mike's subs, this should NOT ever be the experience.
