Today February 27th Katherine went above and beyond to serve me when it was absolutely slammed and short staffed.
Went to 1751 N Pine Island on Tuesday 02-17-2026. Purchased an $18.00 Giant sub. Was waited on by a young man that had the worst case of eczema or other skin condition that I have ever seen. It was disturbingly unpleasant we are talking 12-15 open bloody sores on each arm, neck and face. I didn’t complain or say anything while in the store. If you need a quick bite, go somewhere else. They will complete 5+ online orders before getting to the people inside the restaurant. I will not be back.
