Went Jersey Mike's for a Philly cheese sandwich, the young lady (Abby) is great. She is extremely attentive and very friendly, she listens to you and makes sure that your order is made the way you want it. I have been there a few times and she has always made me feel welcome. I feel that she an essential part of Jersey Mike's. I wish all people in the food industry were like her. Thank You Abby.
The worst Mike's experience I've had. Usually the plague of Mike's is waiting in line to order while app orders are just streaming out the door while you wait - not here! The line was absolutely flying but my takeout order took 15 minutes after already showing up at the arrival time and it not being ready. After my sandwiches were made the girls just walked off and started taking until I begged for my order to be handed to me. If I could give lower than 1 star for service I would.
I go here often and love to get my sandwiches because the experience is usually good with staff and food but this visit in particular ALL the staff was not only disrespectful to me but to another customer and was even talking smack about other customers openly and loud as well once they left the store.
