I went in yesterday and had an amazing service from Jack! He was very kind and efficient.
So I eat at this location quite often I work right around the corner but today I had a pickup order for 11 56. I check the to go section when I get there right about same time and it's not up there so that's fine I sit down and wait for someone to put it up on the to go section. After sitting about 10 minutes I waited in line to ask if there was a pickup for Zack. My Philly steak and cheese was done the entire time.
