I specifically asked the Hispanic male guy taking my order was the bread soft? He said yes. I said it again please make sure the bread is soft because the last sandwich I purchased here the bread was hard . He then started to ignore me. I got the sandwich home and the bread was extremely hard. Just made today as he said. Never again. Twice was it for me.. Rude dont get my money. the young lady that took the money was very nice and charming. No thank you. I won't be back unless you giving me a refund.
I stopped in to get a sub for the ride home back to Chapin after working all night removing cabinets at my parents beach house the night before. I did not eat dinner the night before or breakfast so I was starving. When I ordered, Kamarae (I probably spelled that incorrectly) and James were working and not only were they extremely nice, they made an awesome sandwich for me. We just had the most ridiculous experience at this place. Got a kids meal to go and the drink only came in an open clear plastic cup with no matching lid! How is a kid supposed to drink from an open cup in the car without spilling it? We did ask to pour the small amount of drink in a cup with a fitting lid but we’re not allowed because that is against their rules. Where is the logic there? I’ve been to many Jersey Mike’s and never encountered this problem. Very unhelpful manager!
I like coming here because sandwiches are made fresh. I don’t like it when the tables and floor are dirty when workers are standing around and talking. It’s a food establishment and cleaning should be important also.
I have mentioned this quite some time ago and the issue has not changed, the employees need to be trained how to listen to the customer when asked what they want on a wedge. I have seen more food wasted on a daily basis with the Ladys Island shop than anywhere else in this state,and to top it off the cop an attitude when they are corrected. Another issue is while your talking to the person making the wedge, the other person is asking you to pay, it's actually a very childish establishment and it doesn't seem to be changing. ... read more
