The sandwiches are always delicious and the staff is always friendly and fast.
I have the order delivered through the app. I ordered a tuna and a cheesesteak. They did not make either one correctly and they also left out my Jar of relish I have been calling the store for about 40 minutes. No one will answer the phone so I paid $45 for incorrect and missing items.
One of the worst locations I've ever been to. Horrible staff. Tried to take my complaints up with the GM and she told me "I cannot refund you your order" My complaint had nothing to do with my order. So I'm not sure why she defaulted to that. I had told her that I witnessed one of her employees eating food on the line. Absolutely disgusting service and I will not be coming back to this location.
Woman had a terrible attitude with me after I ordered my food once I had asked her for something taken off of the sandwich. Further proceeded to speak upon her hatred for the job and how she’s getting scheduled “too much” how she can’t see her kid along side bad mouthing employees. Terrible attitude to have in front of customers. I’ve worked in the food industry for years and this isn’t something you should be allowing employees to do. Will not be coming back at all. Horrible experience
