April 19, 2026 at approx. 1 PM THIS BLUEBONNET LOCATION NEEDS TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES or HIRE A NEW GROUP. The employees behind the counter providing the service of making the sandwich orders should exhibit a kind and helpful demeanor from the beginning to the end. Also, cleanliness of the counters should be a priority, too. Are there "wheat" minis (mini bread) just like the white bread kind that's shown in the JM'S advertisment? I love a sandwhich for lunch! I moved to BR about 3 months ago and have been on the search for a favorite sub! Jersey Mike's depending on location is a clean and tasty choice. Although it was lunch rush, I go with 4 star review due to the length of time it took for my mother to get her chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich. I ordered a club so naturally my sandwhich was made quicker. Should change the name from jersey mikes to just Mikes after we went in today. Had a fantastic conversation with Mike and the sandwich was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. 10/10 experience, will be back a lot more. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.
So I don't usually write reviews for places, but this occurrence was very disappointing and unnecessary. I was stopping by Perkins to run an errand, and craving some food I saw Jersey Mike's and thought I would stop to grab something there.
