I love a sandwhich for lunch! I moved to BR about 3 months ago and have been on the search for a favorite sub! Jersey Mike's depending on location is a clean and tasty choice. Although it was lunch rush, I go with 4 star review due to the length of time it took for my mother to get her chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich. I ordered a club so naturally my sandwhich was made quicker. Should change the name from jersey mikes to just Mikes after we went in today. Had a fantastic conversation with Mike and the sandwich was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. 10/10 experience, will be back a lot more. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.
So I don't usually write reviews for places, but this occurrence was very disappointing and unnecessary. I was stopping by Perkins to run an errand, and craving some food I saw Jersey Mike's and thought I would stop to grab something there. I came to this location today for lunch with a group of special needs teens and young adults. The crew that was working today treated our group with patience, kindness and respect. It was wonderful. Thank you for making our experience such a good one. We will definitely be back.
I was in a rush and Bria And Mike made sure to get my on my way with amazing speed, proficiency and a wonderful attitude that made for an all around lifting visit. I thanked them well but I felt they needed to be thanked again publicly. Awesome people!
