TERRIBLE visit today!! The restaurant was slow, yet they were dragging their feet on making the subs. Totally forgot to make mine, so I asked for a refund as the rest of my party was almost done eating. Refused to give one and said they would make it. It was a grilled sandwich. The woman started throwing stuff around because she was irritated she had to make it. Didn't even make it right. Spent over $70 bucks for lousy food and terrible service!! Both the food & the service are outstanding. I was especially impressed by a young manager named Matt, who discovered I had just returned from a funeral. When I pulled out my wallet to pay for my sandwich he refused to accept my money. He wouldn’t even take a tip. It was an act of kindness that I plan to duplicate with the next person I meet. They’re serving great care & concern along with great food. Thank you!
