We walked in, unannounced, and needed 15 giant subs because another food vendor cancelling our order. Did I mention we had a customer presentation in 30 minutes? The staff behind the counter didn't flinch, all 3 of them calmly filled our order very quickly, and we left EXTREMELY happy and appreciative! I wish I could mention their names but I failed to get them. THX GUYS!!!!
You're better off going to jimmy John or cousin sub. When you enter this place, don't expect them to help you until they're done gossiping. One will lie they are working on your order. One will hide your order behind the counter. One will just wander around like you don't exist. The workers here don't give a shit about you. They don't know how to communicate with their customers or themselves.
The last 10 times I have come here it has been really great service! The employees are super nice! They always make sure you get the sub exactly how you want it. Jersey Mike is so much better than jimmy johns in west bend! The club supreme is their best sandwich!!!
