Sandwich makers were very nice and informative!
Ordered through the app (delivery). They forgot to include a sandwich. I called, calmly spoke to Ivin, and he kindly offered options for a solution. Yes, they messed up, but who doesn’t every now and then? It’s not just about sandwiches, it’s about HOW you offer solutions to clients. I hope this gets shared at a meeting and receives the attention it deserves. Shout out to Ivin!
