I’ve been coming to this store consistently for the past three years, and I’ve seen management change several times. However, during my recent visits, I’ve had concerns about one specific manager, the woman who usually wears glasses and a mask. She often comes across as rude and seems to lack good customer service skills. I always enjoy a Jersey Mike's sandwich. Always a quick dependable fairly healthy lunch or dinner. Will go again.
Made an online order for pickup and it was made fast, efficiently and best of all, correctly. Way better than W. 9 mile store.
First time at this store, Monday 5/11 at 1915hrs. Restaurant was very clean, sandwich bar was well stocked, looked clean and fresh. 2 people working at this time, a woman with blonde hair and a younger dude with dark hair and glasses... Wow!!! Great personalities, very friendly, very helpful!! These two folks double teamed my sandwich and made me an insane Italian combo sandwich!!!!
