Good sandwiches. Generous filling.
The purpose of ordering ahead is to skip the line. Not get here after the order is supposed to be ready and still wait 20 minutes. I understand there are only 2 employees on today but they should be doing mobile orders as well as the people in lines orders. No waiting to clear the whole restaurant and then start the mobile orders. There were 3 other people waiting on mobile orders who's order was supposed to be ready 20+ minutes ago as well.. absolutely ridiculous.
We placed a mobile order at 11:45 am and did not walk out with our sub until 12:45 pm. I waited in line like everyone else to tell them I had a mobile order. I was told it would be right up. People who were behind me in line were being helped and given their subs before my order was even being worked on. I finally got my order at 12:33 and it was made incorrectly. Very under staffed
So we went just a few minutes ago and we were going to order but it smells like sewage has backed up inside the store. It looks like it is all over the floor behind the counter where food is being prepared, that is for sure not acceptable. Obviously we left. Do better!
