This place is just too small for the amount of business that they do. To their credit, the line moves quickly. The (one) bathroom wasnt nasty, but wasnt as clean as it should be...again, it's a busy place.
Puts Subway to shame
I love Jersey Mike's but while traveling I ordered online for pickup at this location and two of the sandwiches were made wrong. The sandwiches somehow got switched. When I informed the staff, no apology not even an acknowledgement. Sad this location is so conveniently of the freeway to Vegas but may not go to it again. It's roomy and delicious but either they need more staff or better customer service skills.
