The sandwiches are delicious—as always. I make pickup orders ahead of time—as always. However, the past 2 times I’ve ordered at this location, I walk in at my desired pickup time to discover my order isn’t ready. My order hasn’t even started being made. Only when I tell them my name do they take my ticket off the rack and start making it. I end up leaving 10 minutes after desired pickup time. Why place a mobile order for pickup, to be ready and packaged up at x time, if they won’t make it until you arrive? Discouraging trend... read more
Employees were not very nice. Bread was old and hard. Ordered 2 sandwiches came out 5 minutes apart.
