Nothing like ordering online through the app. Walking in 15min later. Foods not ready, okay. Let them know I’m here. Then proceed to watch every Tom, Dick and harry come in and order food, get their food and walk out for the next 45min while they proceed to just skip my order one after another. What an absolute joke.
Everytime I order for either pick up or delivery, my order is always messed up whether it be missing the red wine and oil or like this time. It was missing a whole part of my sandwhich the BACON, 2 #9 sandwiches both missing bacon.....very upsetting. And you cant say they were out when one of the other sandwiches we ordered was a BLT.... seems like who ever does the pick up or delivery just doesn't care enough about their job. Food was fine but for $12 I was expecting a better balanced sandwich. Barely any filling in most bites and the flavor profile was pretty much just the cheese and bread
Mel and especially Dalton helpful, charming and kind from behind the counter during my visit! :)
