I would like to give them a 5 star, they have great sandwiches, but they lose a star for the fact that they are slow and when you order online you still have to wait 25mins past the "pick up" time for your sandwhich because they prioritize everyone else...what is the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait 25mins past your time? So word of advice, do NOT order ahead, just walk in...it may be fast...tho who truly knows...I think they are just slow 🤔 Food is good tho!
One of the worst locations in town. No one greets you, I was yelled at by an employee once when I made my order and then was asked to go sit down. She stood there screaming whos sandwhich it was and then was rude when i finished the order. Just tried to come in and order at 8:15pm I understand they close at 9pm but no one said a word to us. Placed order on the app at 12:10. App said it would be ready at 12;24. Sat there till 12:42 for 2 sandwichs. I saw them make atleast 25 subs for walk ins and just had mine on the back burner. Bs. Not only that I came home and the wrong subs I submitted two tickets online and got nothing back from jersey Mike's.
We're hooked on the original Italian sandwich. The best sub anywhere. Service is quick and staff are friendly.
If a customer is standing waiting for their online order, you don't just blatantly ignore them and serve other people in line. Communication is key for proper customer service. Manager needs to teach their employees to ask people waiting in line what their order name is and communicate with the team to get an order done. Mobile orders are supposed to be a quick in and out thing. It shouldn't take longer to pick up a mobile order than to just simple walk in line and get a sandwich done quicker. That's ridiculous.
