Very professional people from beginning of your order to completion and the sub sandwich was amazing 👏
Went in to check on an online order and was not even acknowledged. There was no "Hi We'll be right with you" or anything like that. The person in line that came in before me wasn't even greeted until 3 minutes after I arrived. That's forever to not even speak to a customer. They never said a word to me. I walked out and am never going back. I'll drive to the one by Vancouver mall if I have to.
I tried their giant Philly cheese steak, this was my first time there, they definitely should not call it a Philly, A Philly is my favorite sandwich, however to pay $22 for a sandwich I expect authenticity for I will pay up for great food, this was not the case. They should just call it a cheese steak. The sandwich was ok, it definitely was far from excellent, I was definitely very disappointed. I do not think I will ever come back, I definitely will never order a "Philly cheese steak" from them ever again.
Ordered online two sandwiches. and the online order said that it would be ready in twenty minutes. my husband arrived five minutes before the twenty minute mark, he patiently awaited for over an additional twenty minutes for the sandwiches to be ready. That is 40mins for 2 sandwiches! Really? It takes you 20 mins to make just one sandwich? Yet you prioritize everyone else who haven't even paid yet...
