I’m giving 2 stars simply because I have had good experiences here before. BUT, today at around 11:30am I encounter a very rude employee who I believe is the manager there. He was an older man in the late 60’s probably. Guy has a huge ego and thinks he is smarter/better than customers. Firstly, I was ordering 2 sandwiches. This was THE WORST sandwich i've ever had. Nevermind the staff is extremely RUDE. They rush you, & Don't listen to your order correctly. I ordered my sandwich with NO CHEESE, & I get home and there's melted cheese all over my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant so i had to drive all the way back just to deal with more of their attitude. Never Will be going back.
I was at the location today, for about 3 hours, with Make-a-Wish for Jersey Mike's Day of Giving! 100% of the sales went to Make-a-Wish! The owners and staff were amazing! Other the the sandwiches being great and the restaurant being clean -- the staff was so friendly and positive and made sure every client was happy with their order! Thank you for your generous contributions to Make-a-Wish!!!
