Have been to this location several times, super slow service every time (but usually during busy lunch time so more understandable), but today will likely be our last try. Walked in at 4:30 in the afternoon, no other customers waiting to start their order, waited at the counter for 10 minutes being ignored by 4-5 different employees that just continued to make online orders despite now 4-5 people waiting in line in person.
