Unfortunately not the only time this has happened. Ordered online, arrived 15 minutes later and they haven’t started my order yet. One customer being helped, three employees behind the counter and one on break. My order slip hanging 8” from the head of the lady cleaning the griddle. After I let them know I’m here, they say they’re working on my order. After three minutes they finally start working on my sandwich. Unfortunately my first experience that I had at this location was terrible. There were at least 5 employees working but absolutely ZERO regard or urgency for the line of people waiting. We got two sandwiches and there were 3 total errors on the sandwiches even with us guiding them along the way. It took 25 minutes to make it though a line of 4 people and then an additional 5 minutes to turn around down the road because they forgot to place our sides in the bag. Just your run of the mill cafeteria style sandwhich shop like Subway but with no drive through. :(( The food was super fresh and they offer gluten free sandwich buns which is a plus for me. Subway does not.
Improved immensely from our last visit. Friendly and fast service!
