My wife wanted to order lunch. I’m not really a fan of Jersey Mike’s since the sandwiches are usually a little messy, but since my wife insisted we buy lunch for our cleaning lady who is expecting, I didn’t have much of a choice. Service was slow, they had five people working but it took several minutes for any of them to acknowledge me. You need more employees working on mobile orders. There is always only one person working on a whole stack of mobile orders. Every time, I have to wait 10-15 minutes after the time the order is supposed to be ready. I value my time, I wish Jersey Mikes did too.
Very kind lady checked me out. Very friendly..sandwiches made with care.
The Italian is pretty ham heavy apparently. Didn't really like it.
Unfortunately have to put a review because this is just sad and ridiculous. You spend $10 on a regular sandwich. You expect to get the right amount of product. Ordered extra cheese, didn’t get it, let alone barely any. Asked for mayo- no mayo. Not only that, there is absolutely barely any meat on the sandwich. Such a disappointing sandwich.
