I’ve never been to Iowa before and the staff here made me feel so welcome. A black gentleman was the first staff member to great me. He had a welcoming presence about him that was infectious. Very friendly and polite. A white female with red hair also assisted me. Equally as nice and welcoming. This jersey mikes is the only one that has ever messed up my order. And they have messed it up 8 separate times. Every time I go, it gets messed up. Management provided me with compensation the first few times, but now they have begun to ignore my complaints via the customer service email. They get something wrong every single time lol.
I work at a Jersey mikes down in Kansas so I would like to think I know how to make a sandwich and how this crew made it was not right. It still tasted good, however the rparm bread was really crunchy and it was cut really uneven.
Terrible service, lost a watch in there and owner basically told me to shove it they don’t care not their problem. Wouldn’t even check cameras. Owner should be sent back training to learn how to manage. Or just get out of the service industry cause they aren’t cut out for it. Never again
