We were just passing through on a road trip and stopped in right at opening time with the whole family. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and consistently impressed with the customer service throughout our time at the counter. It’s rare to get that kind of hospitality anymore and we were so grateful. 5 stars!
Their subs are the best around. The bread is crusty yet soft.
This was my first visit to a Jersey Mike's Subs. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was very surprised to see them start slicing meat and cheese as it is ordered-it absolutely makes a difference. The three of us that ate were very happy with our meals, the food didn't take terribly long to make and it was delicious. Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon with a steady stream, the restaurant was clean and we didn't have to pick a dirty table. I am looking forward to coming again and trying something else next time.
I don’t typically write reviews but this Jersey Mikes experience was particularly bad. We ordered 2 sandwiches and waited in the drive thru for a good 10-15 minutes (the place looked empty). We finally got our food and both sandwiches were wrong (size and toppings). Don’t worry though, it was only 19 DOLLARS (no sides)!!! Never going to this location again and it’ll be a long time before we go to any JM stores.
